The Lions fell 6-4 to CSUN in the semi-final of the WCHC playoffs. CSUN would score first, but Tracy was able to tie the game up with a late first period goal. In the 2nd, the Lions took a 2-1 lead on a Kyle Martins goal, only to have CSUN score 3 goals in the 2nd to lead 4-2 after 2 periods. In the third, the Lions looked to have some life as Ng fired a puck in from the point to bring it to a 4-3 deficit. CSUN would score two goals over the next few minutes to take a 6-3 lead. In a comeback attempt, Fink scored on an end to end rush to bring it to 6-4, but the Lions wouldn’t net another goal, and would fall 6-4.
